We welcome you to the Beverage Time website. Please take some time to read and understand our terms and conditions. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Beverage Time Inc. grants you permission to view this Site and to print and download individual pages from the Site for your personal and noncommercial use. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, transfer or sell any information or material from this Site. Although Beverage Time makes every attempt to provide accurate information on this Site to the user, Beverage Time assumes no responsibility for, and makes no representations with respect to accuracy of the information. Beverage Time Inc. reserves the right to add, delete or modify any content on this Site, including the Terms and Conditions, at any time, without prior notice.

Warranty

Beverage Time warrants that all products sold on this Site will be free of defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and operation, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, to the original Purchaser only. Certain manufacturers may offer warranties that differ from what is listed above. In this case Beverage Time will extend the manufacturers warranty to the original Purchaser. Defective parts, subject to the inspection of the Manufacturer or Beverage Time, will be replaced or repaired during the warranty period on a no charge basis. Improper operation due to low voltage conditions, inadequate wiring, accidental damage, improper installation or improper use, is the responsibility of the Purchaser. All shipping costs related to returning the product to the Manufacturer for inspection will be prepaid by the Purchaser. Shipping costs will be reimbursed if parts are determined to be defective. Shipping non-defective parts back to the Purchaser will be paid by the Purchaser. All expenses, losses in revenue, and labor charges arising or originating from the failure of defective parts will be borne by the Purchaser.

Defective Products

In the event that a defective product is discovered please notify a representative in our Customer Service Dep’t to obtain proper directions. All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty. Beverage Time is not responsible for defective products that fall under the manufacturer’s warranty coverage.
